Next steps, funding calls and consortium expansion

UNITA Advanced Grant — BE-SAFE Next

On 17 April 2026, the BE-SAFE consortium officially submitted its proposal to the UNITA Call for Advanced Grants on Research.

The proposal — internally referred to as BE-SAFE Next — aims to scale the project framework to new partner institutions and municipalities within the UNITA Alliance, building on the results of the first project cycle.


Consortium Expansion

Both new academic partners have formally joined the consortium and their participation is included in the submitted proposal:
